I’m not a huge reviewer but I thought these guys needed a 5 star review. Vish and the team recently moved me from London to Swansea and it was effortless (on my part anyway, the boys worked hard)! They came and wrapped my furniture the day before, arrived early on the day to finish the last of the wrapping, load the van and get me to my new home as soon as possible. Once on the other side they unloaded and put the furniture back together super quick. Communication was fantastic throughout, the team were polite, friendly and made my long distance move a breeze. Jay, Yamma and Vish helped me move home a couple of weeks ago. Getting ready to move had been a very emotional (and stressful! ) experience for me but these guys were superb. Communication was amazing, they made me feel so at ease and we even had a few laughs. They worked so hard and asked where everything went in my new house. They helped tidy, set up my children’s bedroom, sent me texts with locations between sites and have checked in on me since to see how I’m settling in. I’ve given them a permanent invite to enjoy drinks in my garden and have absolutely no hesitation about recommending them to others. When I need help moving items again Vish and his team will always be my first on my list. Moving is an awful experience but from the minute they arrived I can’t even begin to describe how thankful and supported I felt. Having struggled to order large items from B&Q to arrive in time for the builders I contacted ‘On the go moves’. I’m not normally one to write reviews, however, simply had to. The service I received was second to none and after communication with Vish, he kindly offered to collect all the goods on my behalf. I’d mentioned that the builder was expected at 10am and any time that morning would be fine. ‘On the go moves’ arrived dead on 10am with my order. I have never received such a professional service, they are excellent! I would highly recommended them to anyone and have saved their number to my phone. Great service, great people, great job guys!
