I turned up at Canada Close with the sole object of having a demonstration of a Yamaha P-515, but spending ages with Isaac, a very patient man, who demonstrated the instrument exceedingly well and answers all my questions. We then went on to the Genos and finally the PSR SX900. Being totally confused, I bade Isaac farewell and unravelled the confusion on my way back home. By then I decided it would be the SX I would go for and was ordered. All I have to now is to wait for Yamaha to get their finger out and deliver it. I was treated by the utmost courtesy by Isaac and found the remaining staff to be polite and friendly. I will be returning to Epianos and thank them for their time, courtesy and knowledge. More...

I just purchased the tyrostipsters boxed dvd set for the Yamaha tyros 5 keyboard, I live in US and had seen there videos on YouTube, I emailed them and was able to get the boxed dvd set and Almost 2000 songs emailed to me , I had never purchased something from another country , but Isaac and the fellows there were very helpful, and I received the shipment last Saturday, the dvds are excellent and have vast amounts of amazing information on my keyboard and now I understand how to do many things that I never would have been able to do! !!! I drove from Bedford to have a look at two pre-owned pianos I had seen on the website.I was met by David, who gave me a comprehensive demonstration of both pianos (and a cup of coffee- thank you! ).David then asked if I wanted to try them for myself,which I did. Great shop with outstanding customer service. We purchased a clavinova and matching stool after taking patient and helpful advice from the salesman on duty. The clavinova is fabulous - small enough for a studio flat and great to play. Once unpacked, the stool was found to have a crack running up one leg - and I called through wondering whether we would have to take the whole item back.
