Manual therapy
At Olymia Physiotherapy we are experts in manual therapy. Hands on treatment may involve joint mobilisation, manipulation or specific soft tissue techniques, with a view to improving your pain whilst restoring function.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy involves performing exercises and specific physiotherapy techniques in water to help relieve pain, strengthen muscles and subsequently improve function. Hydrotherapy also allows adults and children who have limited mobility, to maximise their movement within the water.
Strength based rehabilitation
Our passion is helping clients rehabilitate from injury. Whether it’s a tendinopathy, following orthopaedic surgery, or for an unresolved lower back issue, strength based rehabilitation is integral to a successful recovery. Our fully equipped gym space can provide you with the tools required to return you to full fitness.
