I would recommend using Herbalife alongside the support offered by Ollie. After using the products for 4 weeks I lost 11 pounds. The shakes taste great and didn't leave me feeling hungry. Ollie keeps in touch reguallry to check how I'm doing and is on hand to answer any questions I have. More...

I ordered the 4 week shape up plan and in the first week I lost just over 5 pounds. It is so easy to follow and if you have any problems Ollie is there for any questions you might have. I also suffer from IBS and the herbalife plan has helped that also. I would definitely use Ollie and his knowledge again. You can feel the passion he has for what he does. More...

I purchased a 4-week diet plan based on Herbalife products. During the 4 weeks, Ollie provided me with regular advice, encouragement and motivation. With 7 weeks to my annual snowboarding holiday, I had some serious working out to do if I was going to keep up with my 7 year old on skis. Never having considered personal training, I stumbled across Optimum Performance by accident and decided to bite the bullet. <br /><br />Ollie listens to your goals and gets an understanding of your personality and lifestyle. He explains the importance of diet as<span id="moreReview414567" class="hide"> opposed to dieting - I'm now constantly eating while losing inches - to the amusement and annoyance of work colleagues on their fad diets! Training sessions are hard but positive and fun - if you're feeling stressed take it out on the tractor tyre with a sledgehammer, works wonders! Ollie is an inspiration. He has kept me going with my exercise regime and general fitness levels through all the times when I just 'couldn't be bothered'. We all have those moments, but he always sympathetic and encourages you to keep going. Whilst training with Ollie at Optimum Performance I was pleased to notice results immediately. didn't think I would enjoy getting up at the crack of dawn to do fitness but surprisingly I do and am signing up for my 2nd month. I have noticed little difference in my fitness each week. I am on week three of a 4 week boot camp. I have already noticed a huge different in my fitness levels and feel much more energised during the day. I recently suffered from a number of problems whilst running, and was getting seriously fed up. I went to Ollie for functional therapy. After examining me thoroughly he identified a problem in my hips. 3 sessions later, with Ollie's help and exercise program- I'm back to A1 condition and my knee, foot and hip not bothering me at all! When I first went to see Ollie I had two goals, firstly to loose weight and get healthy in time for my wedding and secondly to run the Cardiff Half Marathon. I had a recurring leg injury which I had been paying for physio for 3 months; with little improvement. This had seriously impeded my ability to train. I was running out of time and needed someone to focus me and get me from 0 to 13 miles in<span id="moreReview214151" class="hide"> less than 10 weeks. Not only did Ollie fix my leg injury within a week of training with him, but I ran the half marathon as a direct result of Ollie's guidance. This had been a goal for me for some time and I own this achievement to Ollie. The rate at which my fitness increased astonished me, the motivation to work harder I got from Ollie was invaluable and I still refer to his methods every time I feel myself slipping. I get married in six weeks happy with the change in my body. I have been training with Ollie for a few years now and in all that time he has managed to make each session enjoyable. He is always coming up with new ways of training so that our sessions are never boring or repetitive. He is always encouraging and his experience with functional therapy and sports massage mean that whatever problems I'm having he can always come up with solutions.
