I contacted Lexi’s Pet Pals to walk my dog while I was in self-isolation and although that has now come to an end, I have asked for Oli to continue walking Aja once a week for the foreseeable future. She always comes back so happy and I am really impressed with Oli’s patience, as Aja has a tendency to be very vocal about pretty much everything! What do you love most about your job?
I've always enjoyed being around dogs and being outdoors, meeting new people and seeing new places. Being a dog walker allows me to achieve all of these and more and allows me to learn new skills along the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to eventually move away from the hospitality scene and use the skills I've learned in something different that I can really call my own. Now I get to do that while meeting new friends (and dogs) and learning new things along the way.
Why should our clients choose you?
Having been a long standing member of the York hospitality scene, I know what good service and a good time looks like. I aim to give friendly stress free service with flexible working hours I believe this is different compared to what you will find out there, as I know that we don’t all work 9-5 and weekdays anymore. You can trust your dog is in good hands when being looked after by myself. I have over 10 years of dog walk walking experience, have pet first aid training and have a clean CRB record.
Hour Walk £10
From time of arrival to checking there water bowl is full before we leave they will have a great time
30 minute walk £8
A quick stroll or run, what ever they need before returning for a power nap before you come home.
Evenings and Weekends 5-8pm £15
Whether you’re working in hospitality and work evenings or just want a night out on the town, we have you covered with a late night walk and socialising.
Bank Holidays £20
If you have to work some or all bank holidays we can help make sure your pet enjoys their day with us..
Extra dog £5
Got more than one dog? , just add on a extra £5 per dog for multiple dogs in a house hold.
