We booked early and was welcomed into the restaurant, ordered drinks no problem, ordered food and this is where it all went wrong. We ordered two Main courses and one more to share, so three in total, unfortunately we got one main and the other to share, but not the other main, we waited and waited we then asked about the missing main after about 15 minutes and then 10 minutes after told that it had not been started to be cooked and if we wanted it we would have to wait, after much anticipation about this restaurant I was very disappointed, we did not pay for the food but we did not eat it, as I was waiting for my wife’s food to be cooked and did not turn up. We were looking forward to a great meal together and was very disappointed, sorry guys but please get your staff to understand the electronic ordering system and even to read the order back to the customer so this type of error doesn’t happen again, we won’t be eating there again…….. Went along for a Mid week treat on a Thursday. We’ve never tasted Thai cuisine before we were very delighted with the eclectic mix on the menu, there there were dishes to suit every palet Front of the house was very welcoming with slick service and knew the menu well and were able to advise us. When the starter arrived we went for the Platter which was more than enough for myself and my partner the maincourse arrived it was well cooked freshly cooked and very very tasty. Great food and the staff were very friendly and helpful, they were very new but also make that clear on arrival but they did a cracking job so fair play to them.
