Life and Soul Coaching is inspired by ancient wisdom practices. I work through the lens of the shamanic medicine wheel. Our clients work through their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual self. The aim being, to sit at the centre of the wheel and to live a more integrated healthy happier balanced life.
