What do you love most about your job?
The flexibility is always nice, but the greatest part of my job is quanitfying and measuring the positive impact that I have on a business. By benchmarking your business prior to implementation, we are able to quantify impact and justify your investment of both time and money. For you, this brings peace of mind, for me, it is our finished product, its what keeps me honest and hungry coming back for more!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent over 10 years working in various industries as a Business Analyst, exploring investments and business change opportunities, I wanted to bring that opportunity for growth and profitability to smaller businesses that cannot afford or justify the expense of an experienced business analyst to assess and drive their business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Having spent a long time in commercial enterprises, increasing efficiencies and profitability through investment and development projects, I have made the mistakes and I am looking to pass that experience on to your business. I specialise in business optimisation. This means that whether your business is stagnating or looking to grow, my services are there for you.

I'm more than happy to offer site visits, however, in most circumstances I've found that I can offer the same service remotely without negatively impacting the outcome. How we work together is up to you, but the more time you can spend running your business, the better your business will be. Therefore, my focus is on not wasting your time, if a 5-minute phone call to catch up and update is all that is necessary, why waste time with more?
