Sounds awful but we were referred to Oce due to being let down/other companies having no availability. However, I am grateful all those decisions led to me Oce's services. She's absolutely brilliant. I have a 6 month old Cocker Spaniel puppy named Cody. Whom had never been groomed only in the comfort of his own home. So obviously, it was his first official groom. I believe I was more nervous than Cody; I was worried about nipping, bad behaviour and he suffers with anxiety separation so the barking/whining. Once we arrived, Oce was so welcoming towards both me/nan and Cody. I knew as soon as we walked in, Cody was at ease, he smiles and that's how I know!

After roughly an hour, Oce texted me regarding an update on Cody. It was such a lovely and reassuring service added to our dog grooming experience. Due to my anxiety, it definitely put me at ease. Cody was that comfortable with Oce, he didn't even eat the hot chicken I had left as a treat. Just under 2 hours, Cody was groomed to perfection. I genuinely couldn't fault it. He looked 'So handsome and smells booooootiful' as my nan kept saying. Cody didn't want to leave.

Luckily for Cody he will be seeing Oce more often, we've found a groomer both Cody and I trust. So thankyou Oce, you're a star! More...

Rudi had his 2nd pamper with Oce and I so wish I found out about you for the 1st. 1st time was a bad experience for Rudi and he unfortunately nipped the groomer. So today I was very nervous and worried which I think Oce picked up on. Halfway through his time today I had a text reassuring he was a good boy which made me feel more at ease. Picked him up and I am so proud that he was well behaved and he smells and looks beautiful. Still can't believe he nodded off during his cut��. I have three rescue dogs, all of whom are a bit nervous, so I normally use Shampooch to wash the dogs myself. However, one of the dogs, Albert, needed a trim around his face and his dew claws clipped and I wasn’t happy to do it myself, so when I saw Oce advertised on the Shampooch page I thought I’d make an appointment.
From the off she was brilliant with Albert, and he responded very well to her. We left for just about an hour - we were kept updated as to how he was - and when we returned we were greeted with a very tidy, very clean and very well groomed dog! Albert looks absolutely lovely and has a through makeover. Thank you, Oce! I’m very pleased and will be taking one of the others for a tidy up next month! � More...
