What do you love most about your job?
I love every aspect of my job from the moment a client contacts us or whenever we contact a client ourselves. I love working out what the client requires and then putting everything in motion from the hiring of staff to putting the policy and procedures in place which not only keeps our staff safe, but also the clients staff and customers too. I love getting everything ready for the client’s event, working closely with them to give the client the best service we can provide and tailor making it to fit what the client needs at any given time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in the security industry for over 10 years, from man guarding to retail security (I have also worked for one of the largest shopping centres in Britain) I have worked at different event venues including the Sheffield Fly DSA and the Leeds First Direct Arena. Whilst I was working at these venues it inspired me to research the requirements needed to launch my own company. The rest they say is history, Oceanic Security Limited was born.
