I used to go to the gym all the time but lost my confidence. I signed up to the gym again in 2017 but couldn't pluck up the courage to go. So in 2022 I signed up with Obi Fitness Solutions and it was a wonderful decision. Since then, I go to the gym regularly, feel much more confident and really enjoy my gym sessions. Where do I start...., I am so grateful to my brother for connecting me to Jay. The journey with Jay so far has been a breath of fresh air.
Before I get into the fitness, Jay is such a great guy, warm, welcoming/respectfull caring, and easy to get on with.
I've only had a few sessions so far with but my goodness, wished I had Jay on my fitness journey from day one, this has been the most comfortable/ confident I've been at a gym.
Jay is extremely passionate and knowledgeable in his field. Every moment, machine/ equipment is explained in detail as well as demonstrating the correct formation, making sure you understand the process.
My sessions have been enjoyable and have a good learning experience as well as being pushing to progress further.
I love the app Jay has set up, which makes following a plan easy and manageable. It's easy to track progress and has full videos to demonstrate.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no true secret outside of remaining consistent to yourself.
If you say you'll exercise once a week, then do it.
If you say you'll exercise 5 times a week, then do it.
Just remain consistent.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of seeing my clients gain strength, improve their self confidence and begin to love what they see in the mirror more than they have before.
