Unreliable, untrustworthy, unskilled.
Took forever to drill the lock then couldn't fit the new lock at the first attempt.
Said he'd come back the following day at no extra cost, but added an additional ~£60 to the bill because of some supplier nonsense. That's your problem, not mine. If you say you're not going to add to the bill, don't add to the bill.
That lock didn't work properly and I was locked in my own flat the following day - he said it wasn't his problem / fault. Eventually agreed to come out to resolve, only to no-show twice, then basically tell me he was arrested when he finally did show up. (Not sure how else to interpret an "unplanned" trip to a police station that prevented him from telling me he wouldn't make it).
Promised a partial refund for the shambolic service, but then disappeared & stopped replying to me. Avoid.
