They came out to provide a quote initially, no pushy sales approach. Very lovely gentlemen, great attitude and was more than happy to look at other concerns I may have had. Was happy to provide written quotes/invoices. Did more and not less than they quoted, fixing things along the way for goodwill. Gave a very competitive price against other companies and did a stellar job on cleaning my gutters, cleaning moss off tiles (which was like a forest), fixed all my broken tiles (65) which was causing a leak and cleaned up after themselves. Came out on three occasions for the job, consecutive days, even over the weekend, to ensure the job was done right and not rushed. Communication was great along the way and kept me informed of any further costs which was quoted prior to proceeding with any other fixes. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
