I previously trained with Tom for a good few months and it was one of the most enjoyable learning experiences to date for myself. From working through goals such as increasing confidence in exercises and nutrition habits, training under Toms guidance has been incredible for implementing positive change in my life.

Tom is great at pushing you to get the best out of you, extremely supportive and very easy to talk to which makes the process all the better.

I would emphasise Tom is very knowledgeable in his field and is always happy to answer any questions that I have had and the training sessions are always fun and educational which is great for motivation.

Overall, the service is extremely professional, Tom is one of the most friendliest and driven people I know and I am very grateful to have his help on my fitness journey so far. 10/10

I worked with Tom for around 6 months before I moved back home. I was working down in Watford and needed someone to keep me on track and get me on track to improve not just my fitness my thought processes around healthy lifestyle. Tom did just that for me, I’ve never met a more approachable coach who could quickly identify what I needed to do to change my life around! I’ve been with Tom for 4 weeks now in face to face sessions which are going great. Before this I had workouts sent over to me for me to do myself and catch ups over the phone. He offers such a range of information with workouts, nutrition, mindset and helps set you tasks to analyse “whys” of the things you do. This really helps me focus and be consistent with his training as it’s not just about turning up and getting a session done it’s about understanding why you chose that food/snack/drink over something else and knowing that’s okay.
Overall a lovely, friendly and knowledgable coach.

Tom started training me last year and during that time, he has has helped not only with exercise but nutrition. He knows when to push me more while ensuring form is kept. At the end of last year I was at an all time low with my fitness and motivation and desperately needed to find something new/different/exciting to bring me back to life as I do love my exercise but life just got in the way big time and I couldn’t get myself out of it on my own.

I found Tom! He’s super welcoming/inviting/friendly and fun! His workouts are great and he’ll challenge me which is what I NEED.

It’s been just over 6 weeks and I already see and feel a noticeable difference in myself - couldn’t be more thankful!

I’ve been working with Tom for a few months now but in the last couple of them, together we’ve turned up the tempo and really invested in effort, nutrition and time to achieve my goals.

The main points I like about working with Tom are that he cares about me and my journey, and he invests time and energy into my plan. He’s accessible if I have a question. He checks in with me regularly and provides some helpful nudges. And, apps like True Coach help me stay on track.

Lastly, I can be me around Tom and that helps - he’s a friendly face I enjoy seeing and working out with.

Tom is by far second to none! I couldn’t have asked for a better coach. He is a great communicator, gives useful advice on not just exercise and diet plans but also on how to focus on achieving personal life goals. 🙌

He does daily checkups, sends reminders for daily tasks. He also sends out a monthly review to evaluate how well or not I have done over the past month in order to reassess ways to achieve my personal goals. 🤛

Tom is a super duper good listener. He shows genuine interest in your pains, worries, life dramas as well as in your happy moments. He always has an answer to a question. 🫶
Tom is always researching the most innovative and realistic ways that will help his clients achieve their goal by changing to a better lifestyle.
And lastly Tom makes training enjoyable. However tired and unmotivated I may be, I dragged myself to my training sessions knowing that, once I’m there I will have a good time. A good giggle whilst training is always guaranteed! 😜

Training with Tom is always great, I have seen my training confidence grow as I was scared to train on my own at the gym but now as able to do it and also build my own routines. He also helped me with my diet and encouraged me to eat healthier and to compliment my workouts. I was training for a marathon and without Tom I don’t think I would have been able to achieve my goal of running 26.2miles as his coaching and guidance was so vital and also picked me up when I had bad day of running. Because I was once in this position, about 5 years ago, I was a plumber, unhappy, unfulfilled and lacking a physical routine. I chose to switch my career paths and get myself back into a fitness routine, and I became a PT because I love helping people, being around people, and love personal development, health and fitness.

It is what I spend my time doing, living and reading.

I feel very grateful that I have the opportunity to inspire others to achieve more with their lives, and if I can be a small piece of that journey, that's more than enough for me!

For me, it was my dad.

He has been a self-employed driving instructor since I was a kid.

I also want to be and manage my time in a way that connects with my passions and desires, and for me, becoming my boss means I get to do just that.

Your 90-Day Programme To Unlocking Unbreakable Self-Belief & A Sustainable Weight Loss Journey!

What is FitLaunch?
It is what I offer to clients who have:
- under 1-year training experience
- Not seen sustainable results before
- Fallen out of a routine and need help getting back to a confident place
- Or seeking to learn and understand how they can become self-sufficient with their health and fitness!

It is your introduction to the fundamentals of how to lose weight and build muscle... that will last!

It has been designed to educate and guide you on a 12-week practical coaching experience alongside your 1:1's!

Over the 12 weeks, I will educate you and help guide you through 6 topics:
1. Self
2. Planning, Preparation & Priority
3. Nutrition
4. Training & Movement
5. Recover & Sleep
6. Environment

*You have the opportunity to train either:
1 x week x 12 weeks = 12 PT sessions
2 x week x 12 weeks = 24 PT sessions
3 x week x 12 weeks = 36 PT sessions

1:1 Personal Training & Coaching

This service is for individuals seeking to kickstart their training but potentially have a base of knowledge.
They don't want the additional support and assistance provided within the 'FitLaunch' programme but still need guidance on their:
- Programming outside of the gym
- Nutrition advice to help with their personal goals
- Lifestyle coaching to help improve on their current position

*You have the opportunity to train either:
1 x week
2 x week
3 x week

It is a rolling contract that is billed monthly.

'FitLaunch Remote'

This takes on the same principles as seen within the 'FitLaunch' programme but is coached remotely.

You will go through a 90-day programme that will give you the education around each fundamental step you need to put into place to achieve the goals you want - 'To Unlock Unbreakable Self-Belief & A Sustainable Weight Loss Journey!'
