Working with Nancy was an amazing experience. I had some extra weight and I needed to lose it as my GP has informed I had raised cholesterol in my recent blood test.
Nancy explained to me in very simple terms how small changes in my nutrition will help me drop my cholesterol to normal levels.
We have worked together on my diet for 6 months and I saw a huge change to my energy levels and of course cholesterol is back to normal.
I highly recommend her!

Nancy is approachable and friendly and gives clear directions. She gave all the time needed to discuss the meal plans with me and she is always available to answer questions. I am on a weight loss plan, and although the loss of weight is slow I am very happy with the choice of food and most importantly I do not feel hungry. More...

Q&As

Healthful eating has many health benefits, such as reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. It can also boost a person's mood and provide them with more energy. A dietitian can provide tips on eating a more healthful diet.

Being a Dietitian is amazing as you can transform an individual's lifestyle and body with the power of food.
Make people healthier and improve their wellbeing or appeareance can be very rewarding!
I also love the interaction with my clients which have tought me a lot as well.
For me is the best career choice I could have?

First of all I love good quality food and I also love cooking and creating my own recipes! On the other hand my caring nature led me to choose a job in which I would be able to help other people.
After I gave birth to my daughter I have also faced issues with extra weight and I have been through the process of losing it...which I can tell is not easy!
But with the right professional advise everything is possible!
So I guess my love for food and my personla experience with weight loss inspired me to chase Dietetics even more??

The first thing people should check when they decide to work with a Dietitian is if this person is Qualified for this job. And it's only if their name appears on the HCPC register that shows if they are qualified to offer dietetic advise.
Dietitians are the ONLY Health Professionals who can advise on medical conditions and diet.
That is the 1st thing I offer and I find it extremely important as I am dealing with an individual's health.
The 2nd thing I proud my self for is that I am professional but I'm also friendly and try to build a relationship of trust between me and my clients.
I find that especially important for my clients to feel supported and motivated.
