I spoke to Rachel after struggling with really bad migraines. Rachel asked about the frequency of my migraines and how severe they were. She also discussed my diet with me. She told me that gluten and dairy could be the cause of my severe migraines. She told me to try and cut down or even cut out meals which contained dairy and gluten. She told me that this may be difficult as there is gluten in so much but I thought I’d give it a go. I am now gluten and dairy free and I am also migraine free! I cannot recommend Rachel enough. I can now go extended periods of time without a migraine which is so much better than the constant migraine I was waking up to everyday. I would highly recommend Rachel! More...

A year of 26 appointments. It starts with a 90 minute long initial appointment, followed by 25 follow up appointments of 45 minutes, usually spaced out to every two weeks.

Half a year of 14 sessions, comprised of a 90 minute initial appointment and 13 follow ups of 45 minutes, usually spaced two weeks apart.
