I made an appointment with Emma as I have been suffering with psoriasis, lethargy and anxiety. Emma was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was extremely thorough in the questions she asked and not judgmental at all. She seemed to understand my worries and listened to me, carefully taking note of all of my symptoms. After the appointment I received a plan from Emma. It was detailed and easy to follow. She had understood my needs as well as my financial and time restrictions and had tailored the plan to suit me. As a result I felt the subtle changes were easy to achieve and I felt a great sense of satisfaction when I had my follow up appointment and could say I had followed the plan almost perfectly. There were a few things I struggled with (like the cost of the gluten free bread) so Emma quickly came up with alternatives for me. I have only been on the plan for 3 weeks now but have already noticed an improvement in my anxiety and energy levels. My psoriasis is still there but it seems to be improving. I am really happy with all of the advice given and the ongoing support offered by Emma. I would highly recommend this invaluable service to any of my family and friends. More...

Emma did me a consultation when I was getting multiple chest infection type viruses, despite leading a very healthy lifestyle. I wanted to improve my immune system. The changes Emma suggested to my diet have solved the issue. I am amazed as I thought I knew what I should be eating etc, but she suggested small and easy to implement changes, which made a huge difference. Very very grateful! More...

Emma has truly changed my life. I suffer of IBS and after a very thorough initial consultation she recommended several changes to my diet which resulted on an amazing improvement of my symptoms. I was not fully convinced of going gluten free (amongst other things) but she recommended several alternatives and multiple recipes to make everything easier. After just 2 days on my new diet and supplements I felt much more energised and IBS symptoms were much more manageable. I had a follow up consultation, after I sent her some blood test results and she suggested continuing with the new diet and added some supplements, which again, improved my lifestyle. I found Emma very professional and someone who listened respectfully and fully engaged with what I was telling her. There was no judgement coming from her (my previous diet was not exactly very healthy...) and she understood the issues I raised with her. Totally recommend her!!! More...
