One to one PT sessions
Remote personal training sessions for all abilities, with goals for: strength building and weightloss, sessions based on a 5 min warm up, 5 min cool down 50 minutes of tailored exercise, equipment/no equipment
Nutrition coaching
One to one tailored meal plans and coaching (goal setting, check ins) based on health conditions/goals/routine/ cooking ability, with focus on weightloss, diabetes, pcos, blood pressure etc.
