1:1 Initial Consultation
The initial consultation will take around 60 - 75 mins. I will assess your functional and nutritional imbalance at the individual level to determine the underlying root cause(s) driving your symptom(s).
A personalised diet and lifestyle plan will be sent to you within 48 hours. A supplement plan will be included if applicable.
Balance Package
Balance Package is a 12-week programme and includes the following
- 1 x initial consultation
- 1 x 45 mins follow-up consultation
- 2 x 30 mins follow-up consultation
- 2 x 15 mins support calls - via phone
- Personalised diet and lifestyle plan
- Supplement Plan (if applicable)
- Test interpretation (if applicable)
The Balance Package is designed to get your health back on track. The 12-week package costs £399, which means you save £50 on the normal price.
Thrive Package
Thrive Package is a 26-week programme and includes the following
- 1 x initial consultation
- 2 x 45 mins follow-up consultation
- 4 x 30 mins follow-up consultation
- 5 x 15 mins support calls - via phone
- Personalised diet and lifestyle plan
- Supplement Plan (if applicable)
- Test interpretation (if applicable)
The Thrive Package is designed for clients with more complex and long-term health issues who need more help and support. The 26-week package costs £649, which means you save £80 on the normal price.
