I can’t tell you how nervous I was going for this treatment as I’m sure you could appreciate but Kelly is a pro at making you feel calm and comfortable and I’ll definitely be going again in the near future. After years of suffering with “stress-related IBS”, I cannot thank you enough, Kelly - since my cows milk allergy diagnosis, I cannot believe the difference in both my physical and emotional health. I have been 10000000X better! I’ve gone from suffering with agonising pain, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea (all of which were making me depressed and stressed) 3-4 times a week, to almost nothing at all. On the odd occasion that I do feel unwell again, I am able to use your knowledge and advice to try and track down the “culprit”!! Usually wine or prosecco!! Therefore I have been able to make additional positive diet and lifestyle changes, too! Your help and advice has massively changed my life and I am so grateful. I am still waiting for a referral from the gastroenterologist at my local hospital (several months later �), which I will go along to just to check there’s nothing more going on, but I don’t think they’ll be able to help me more than you have! The Hava Diet is AMAZING!! I didn't do it to lose weight but more so to feel healthy and to see if it would help combat constipation, bloating and al the symptoms related to IBS which were really making me feel terrible.
