What makes a great website?
A website is a tool to drive leads or sales and help reach your customers online. It's essentially the best tool in your arsenal to engage and interact with your target market. A good website is clear, concise and provides a simple and intuitive user-experience leaving your customers wanting to come back again and again.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I always ask my clients what type of website they would like. Is it service based, product based or informational. From there I go on to ask about branding (colours and fonts they would like). Then I ask what their website needs to do, what features they might need and if there are any competitor websites they like the look of.
What do you love most about your job?
In short, helping people. I LOVE helping businesses succeed. There is nothing more satisfying than doing a good job and seeing your customers happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For the past 6 years I have been the head of development for a successful Digital Marketing Agency. I helped introduce new and evolve existing business services that helped the company grow and evolve at a rapid rate. After many years working for others, I feel like it's now my time to build a brand of my own. I'm well versed in many tools and technologies so have the ability to offer my customers a superior agency level service for freelancer prices.
