Neil was great. Delighted with the job, Neil’s pleasant manner and Neil ensuring everything was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Neil turned up promptly on both days and worked solidly despite the cold weather. He explained what he was doing and we discussed how he wasn't able to work on the side roof facing our unattached neighbour as there was insufficient space between the two properties for him to work safely. He therefore reduced the price as he was now cleaning one roof less than his original quote.
He cleaned up the debris at the end of each day and even went as far as hosing down our attached neighbours property.

NPS Jetwash Services is an efficient, professional business that is a pleasure to deal with. I asked them to remove the moss and clean our roof. Neil visited within a couple of days, inspected the job, quoted a fair price, and advised a very quick start date. On the day, he arrived on time, worked hard, sympathetically and diligently all through the day, and similarly on day two of a two day job. The roof is now fabulously clean and moss free, and Neil cleaned up the resultant mess to leave everywhere tidy.

Neil came back to me very quickly after I approached him via BARK. An equally quick first possible quote followed, such that I asked him to visit and discuss the problem and solution. At that visit I informed him that my neighbour, semi-detached was also very interested in his service. After that visit, and a slightly lower quote for me, and an accurate quote for my neighbour, I informed him that both I and my neighbour wished to go ahead.
A date was then quickly agreed and necessary arrangements made.
Neil sent a text on the day before the appointment to confirm his intended attendance and time of arrival.
Neil arrived when he said he would and quickly set to work. The job was messy and time consuming, but Neil made every effort to carry out work with minimum of fuss and disruption to both me and my neighbour.
Due to some difficulties working alongside building work I am having done on my premises, Neil ran a little over and was somewhat forced to stop efforts due to fading light.
He promptly returned next morning to carry out a complete cleanup and removal of all waste.
Both I and my neighbours are entirely pleased, not only by the results and quality of work he has carried out, but also by Neil’s professional approach, humour and politeness.
I have no reason not to recommend him to the several other neighbours who saw him at work, and have asked for contact details.

I couldn’t say how many years of moss growth my roof had on it as I’ve only been here 22 months but it was really bad. Neil did a fantastic job on it and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, it really does look like a brand new roof, Neil’s pricing is very competitive too, I highly recommend his services.

Great communication and knowledge, very friendly and takes great pride in his work! Drive looks fantastic- all leaves, moss and weeds gone, sand replaced, and even washed down windows, walls and wheelie bins so absolutely no mess left behind! ..And all for a very good price!
