I had recently visited this dentist a few times over the past months as I had a few concerns with my teeth. Dr fahmida jahan was the person who was consulting me and all I can say is I am so happy with the results of my teeth now. She was absolutely amazing in every single appointment letting me know the pros and cons of the treatment I was after. She was very thoughtful in every single way with costs and also my appointment times. You can tell she really cared and it’s nice to know that from a clients point of view. What an amazing Doctor he is, Dr Shaheen was more concerned And stressed about my teeth then I was. His dedication towards his job helped me complete my invisible line treatment in four and a half months when I was given a time scale of nine months to a year. ..His high professionalism and clean/fresh clinic made the treatment more relaxed and enjoyable. Modern and clean dental clinic.Dr Jogiat was fantastic, he took his time and ensured I was happy. I initially had concerns regarding what treatment would be best for me but Dr Jogiat explained the different options of treatment and what would be best. My Invisalign journey...About a year ago I went in for a consultation at the practise and decided that I wanted to go for the treatment. A year on I can’t begin to explain how happ I am with the results. The staff, dentist etc were so supportive with my treatment, whether that be appointment times even to the treatment itself. All I wanted was a perfect smile & Novos Dental Practise were great in the process of delivering that to me. I have been attending this practice for my Invisalign treatment for the past 4 months, the staff are very friendly, welcoming and competent. The dentist Dr Shaheen was very understanding of what I required from the Invisalign treatment. They were able to accommodate my very busy work schedule by offering late appointments, where many practices do not. I was surprised when I first attended the dentist as I was expecting a very dark and dingy place, to my surprise it was a new, modern and well lit surgery. Dr Shaheen explained at the start of my treatment that it would require meticulous care to ensure the optimum results, I appreciated his straight forward nature and honesty throughout the treatment. I hope this top service continues until end of the treatment and beyond the grave I would genuinely recommend this dental practice to anyone who wants great patient care and competent treatment. I have been bringing my mother to see Dr Shaheen at this dental practice for almost a year now and I am so glad I found this dentist. Emergency appointments are easy to book unlike other dentists in the area and if there aren't any appointments the lovely receptionist and manager Zohura always squeezes us in. I cannot praise this dental practice enough! They have a brilliant team, great quality atmosphere and environment, with the practice located relatively close to the city centre so easy to get to. I've always been sceptical of dentists but Dr Jogiat was very clear about the options available and I felt supported to make the best decision for me rather than feeling pressured to have an expensive option. Excellent invisalign options and their facilities are very high-tech, which was quite a shock compared to my childhood dentist visits!
