Mike was brilliant from start to finish and beyond. Came out promptly to survey the house and discuss all the options available. A couple of weeks later completed a cable free (hidden) install of 5 camera Hikvision Colourvu system with DVR recorder in a few hours. We recently had Novascope cctv & security fit a 5 camera hikvision colourvu cctv system to our newly renovated bungalow. Mike visited our property to discuss our options and potential camera positions. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave great advice pointing out potential issues we hadn't thought about. Within a week Mike was with us installing our system, he worked hard to provide us with an extremely neat finish. He also set up all our devices with the application in order to work the system and didn't leave until we fully understood how to access and navigate the system. Unfortunately one of the cameras developed an issue during the first night. I informed Mike of the problem the next day and within three hours he was with us rectifying the issue. I recently had a 4 camera Hikvision colorvu system installed by Mike and the service I received was superb. First class , very easy to deal with

VERY GOOD TO DEAL WITH,ULTRA EFFICIENT.

I contacted Novascope after recommendations from Leyland Hub on Facebook. Mike came round and advised us what would be the best. Later that week we had 4 Hikvision 5mp cameras fitted. Mike is a lovely down to earth bloke, very easy to chat to and advised us well. The cameras are fab, I wanted colour night vision because then you can see the colour of clothing and cars etc... the pictures are crystal clear! My nephew was amazed how good the images are and said he will hire Mike once he gets his new house. I would 100% recommend Novascope, it’s the best thing we did, now I feel just that little bit safer in my home! More...
