I believe that Food is the one language that we all enjoy and share. Also, food and nutrition are so powerful in nourishing our body and flourishing our mind and health. Finding the healthy eating habits that fit your lifestyle and body is so important to live the best life physically and mentally.

I have seen firsthand the positive change a healthy eating routine can make in people's health and mind. The key to maintaining a healthy eating routine is to fit it around your lifestyle, food preferences and to stay away from any restrictive approach.

My passion for nutrition comes back from when I was a hospital pharmacist in Egypt (BSc). I have seen how powerful nutrition and healthy eating habits can be to health in all aspects of preventing many medical conditions and helping in the management of others. This is when I realised that I love to support and inspire people to have a healthy and positive body, energy level, mind, and soul and that's what motivated me to complete my postgraduate study (MSc) in Public Health Nutrition, and also what motivates me to continue studying the best and latest research in nutrition science to help clients achieve their health goals.

I am a registered Nutritionist (ANtur) with the only governing body in the UK for Nutritionists. My mission is to guide you with evidence-based nutrition advice and tools to build a balanced diet that works for you to be healthy and happy and improve your understanding of your body & nutrition empowering you to make the small changes that work to the advantage of achieving your long-term health & weight goals without restrictions.

I provide my services remotely through online video call consultations. I provide my consultations in English and Arabic.

I base my consultations on online virtual/video consultations to keep in line with the government recommendations.

PCOS diagnosis and symptoms can be confusing and complicated. I aim to design my sessions and programme to help you understand the root causes and nature of the PCOS symptoms and break that cycle to start seeing positive progress in your symptoms and weight. I do this through a holistic lifestyle and gentle nutrition-based plan.

My goal is to empower you to:
-Shift your feeling from being confused with PCOS diagnosis to a better understanding of the nature & types of PCOS.

-Shift your feeling from being overwhelmed to being empowered to manage the PCOS symptoms and have control back over your body and health.

-Gain clarity about how food and eating habits can help improve PCOS symptoms and help you achieve your weight goals.

What you should expect from the session:
-A 75-minute bespoke 1:1 virtual consultation.
-A safe space to ask any questions and concerns with regards to PCOS, nutrition, and your health.
-Working together to identify a realistic and tailored PCOS management strategies and lifestyle interventions to suit your needs

Are you curious if you are giving your family all the nutrients they need? Do you question what a balanced and healthy diet should look like for your family? Are you looking for help to support your whole family to stick to eating healthy and live positively?

Are you keen on sharing your experience with other families sharing the same goals? Are you looking for accountability and simple changes to your family's daily routine to make your whole family feel healthier and happier?

The family programme runs over 6 sessions/once a week:
-1st week: 1hr individual family session. I believe that every family is unique and every age stage is special so a 1hr session will be offered to each family in the first week of the programme. In this session, I aim to understand your family's health ad weight goals, the barriers you as a family experience, as well as your kids' age groups to provide your family with the best nutrition and fitness support. We will work together to set a family-centered plan and goals to work toward achieving during the programme.

2nd to 5th weeks: 45 mins group family sessions. In these sessions, we will discuss nutrition and what healthy eating looks like for your family. We will share ways to encourage healthy lifestyle behaviours, improve the cooking/kitchen environment, building up healthy habits to maintain a healthy weight. Expect fun, interactive and family-focused activities around food and a healthy lifestyle.

6th Session:1hr individual family session. In this last session, we will work together to create a family-focused action plan for your family to lead and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
