We have moved to a beautiful new development in Broughton and we're lucky enough to choose our plot, end house surrounding the fence with beautiful trees 🌳 in the back and a beautiful oak tree 🌳 in the front garden. The trees needed pruning in the back and the oak tree needed some of its branches which were quite close to the house, and also blocking the sunlight cutting off. We were looking for professional tree services, with the same professionals having a compassion for the trees aswell as thier customers. When I spoke to Mason over the phone I instantly liked his approach and his humour. He came the very next day to look and give me a quote. Very competitive quote it was too, more importantly having spoken with him at length to discuss his quote I quickly came to the conclusion how equally professional and understanding he was to , so we gave them the work. He gave me a date and has kept me updated. I was worried for thier well being the day before they were due to come because of the extremely cold temperature,, but today the team arrived. RICK and the young man Daniel and young lady Heidi, what a credit they are to the services they provide.Rick is the total gentleman kind friendly polite a compassion for trees and a true professional. And certainly knows how to get the best and bestow confidence in the two young man and lady that were part of his team. The trees overlooking the back garden look amazing and the oak in the front has had its branches cutaway from the house giving us more sunlight and most importantly preserved to perfection. I initially found NorthernArb tree services through recommendations on the Darwen Facebook page and they certainly lived up to their reputation. Mason and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Mason initially came to price up the job to reduce 3 huge conifer trees and some very overgrown Laurel hedges. Price was agreed upfront and a date was secured to carry out the work. The team arrived and battled pretty heavy rain to complete the job to a high standard. What I liked most is that although we had agreed the height they were going to be cutting to before they started, the team also checked I was happy during each stage of the job.
