Repointing
Disappointed. John came out to quote repointing job and removal of paint around windows and window cill. Yes! We can remove ALL paint back to brick. It was very untidy so it was important to me that it was removed. William turned up to do the job. Took one look and said no way he could remove all of the paint but he would try his best. Spoke to David over the phone to say I wasnt happy and they shouldn't make promises that they cant keep. David offered to knock £50 off the job and William would do his best. I had to leave for work and paid. When I came back, no attempt had been made to try and remove more paint, there was a section at the bottom of the wall that hadn't been repainted and a narrow area to the left of the door hadn't been finished properly and looks shabby. I've sent a text message re above but he's just ignored it. Dont know what this company like for bigger jobs but in my opinion there was no professionalism, they weren't honest and the person who comes out to work makes false promises. More...

We at Northern Tarmac pride ourselves on the quality of our domestic works throughout the Northeast be it tarmac, or Resin drives. We have carried out smaller works for individual householders as well as large building contractors on new sites. Our multi skilled teams have all the necessary skills to complete works to the satisfaction of any customer ranging from pothole repairs to large domestic properties. Further to tarmac drive surfacing we also can carry out all associated works from drainage channels and concrete edgings to new foul water sewerage connections.
