I relocated from Atherton, Manchester to Prestatyn, North Wales using this removal company. Can’t recommend these guys enough. I had issues for a few month with regards to dates changing on getting my new house keys. I stayed in contact with Anthony, keeping him informed and had friendly responses all the way through. They took care of my belongings extremely well!!! Using professional equipment. Even had tv bags and mattress bags to protect them. thank you north west movers for making moving day less chaotic than it could have been. Chose to have 3 guys over 2 trips. A quote was given in advance so you know what to expect. The guys were bang on time and got straight to it, assessing the load and listening to our requests. It was a very wet day but it didnt stop them, they were considerate of our new carpets putting down covers and didnt mark walls. the guys were friendly listening to where you want items placed. I was extremely satisfied with the services provided, great value for the work rate and despite having to dismantle and reassemble a wardrobe and three beds they proceeded with high energy, enthusiasm and great attitudes towards what was a challenging day. .. They were truly professional, wrapping and carrying our things like they were their own, including real care and attention with our shiny black piano!
