Gutter Cleaning and Clearing
Check and clear out debris, moss and blockages from any gutter runs, upstairs and downstairs.
We get everything, even hard to reach areas with a combination of professional equipment, vacuums and determination.
Check, unblock and flush any downpipes as required to make sure water runs away freely.
Visual inspection and reporting of guttering condition if any issues discovered.
Free minor repairs if we find loose clips or damage which is possible to repair in the same visit.
Tidying and sweeping of the site leaving it as we found it.
Removal and disposal of all waste from site with our waste carriers licence (now required by law).
Gutter Soffit and Fascia Cleaning
Brush scrub of front and underneath of all gutter runs.
Application of industry standard chemical to loosen dirt moss and algae, rinse and further scrub of all gutter runs.
Brush scrub and wash of all soffit and fascia boards using appropriate chemical.
Brush scrub and wash of all clips, joins and downpipes.
Cloth, brush or pad dry and shine where required and as appropriate for the job.
Dorma cladding, front porch washing, wall cladding and similar can all be added for a small extra price (typically £10).
Driveway Cleaning
Complete power wash with pro heavy duty industry level jet wash.
Removal of all debris and weeds from between cracks.
Disposal of waste with waste carriers licence.
Re-sand with industry grade kiln dried sand designed for block paved driveways.
Conservatory Roof Cleaning
Washing and cleaning all external roof components including ridges, external décor, rafters, beams and end face caps.
Washing and cleaning external polycarbonate or glass roof panels with super soft brushes including removal of stuck on algae and moss.
Gutter clearance, downpipe unblocking and washing of all guttering attached to the conservatory.
Cleaning of external window frames and window sills and ledges.
Professional cleaning of external window glass with purified water or with traditional window cleaning method as per your preference.
