I couldn't recommend North Eastern Glass more highly. They have recently fitted new double glazing and a composite door to our house and the quality and finish are excellent. After getting quotes from other double glazing companies who seemed to pluck figures out of thin air North Eastern Glass sent a detailed written quotation which was very competitive. The fitters were friendly, skilled and professional and every day left my house tidier than when they arrived.The windows and door are of excellent quality and I would not hesitate to recommend North Eastern Glass to others. I am very happy with the service and product I have received from NE Glass. From the start they were very helpful and worked with me to get the finish I required. We encountered a few problems during installation...which is typical on a building project...but both the installers and designer ensured everything worked out to my satisfaction. Just had two new doors fitted by North Eastern Glass and can not fault the service or product I've received. Ian, their PVC manager came out at a time to suit me, to measure up the doors, which happened to be 6:30pm after I finished work. I received my quote the next day and placed my order. I was contacted to say the doors were in production and they'd be back in touch to arrange a day and time best to have them fitted. Lads came when they said they would and were quick and tidy. I imagined damage to my interior plaster but they left the place looking better than it did before! No mess, polite lads. Will definitely use again! More...

I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Extremely professional and helpful from start to finish on even the smallest of jobs! Couldn't reccomend this company more for double glazing. They were professional from the outset providing a detailed written quote (unlike many other double glazing companies who seem to pluck figures out thin air) their price was extremely competitive and they undertook the fitting of our windows and new composite door to the highest standard.
