North East TV Solutions fitted 2 televisions for me, putting a new TV in the front room and putting the old one up in the bedroom. Both jobs were done very well with Mick and his Team being friendly and efficient.
Due to a problem with the unusually thin plasterboard of the bedroom dividing wall however, I did have to ring Mick back to organise a small but significant repair. Mick and his Team had excellent customer service replying to me immediately, helping me troubleshoot the problem, and arranging an appropriate repair without any additional charge.

[ Mount a 55" TV onto a stud wall with 2 Double sockets for connected devices - No cables showing. ]

From the initial contact from NETV Solutions I was very impressed on the amount of detail they went into to ensure they could give me an accurate quotation for the work required. The quote was received within 30 minutes following the first discussion. The work was agreed and booked in immediately, and as I wanted this completed asap they gave me a date the same week - excellent service. A deposit was given for the work which I considered to be quite low in todays terms (£20). No more payments were to be given until I was completely satisfied with their work.

The night before they were due to arrive a telephone call was received to clarify the time they would be there the following day.

Arrived on time, spent the first 15-20 minutes explaining their business and how they would carry out the job. They pride themselves on discussing job and ensuring that I received a professional and courteous service done to the highest of standards.

Work completed within 4 hours and OMG what a transformation. All that's left now is to decorate the room and sit back and enjoy my media setup.

Amazing service and aftercare, nothing is too much trouble for Mick. I had tv wall mounted with new socket, all wires hidden including virgin media stuff and a PIR security light installed which was also hard wired. The chase of the wires was filled with polyfiller after and Mick cane back to top it up and amend the settings on the PIR light when i raised some concerns. Faultless service. So I placed a request on here for a TV wall mount of 65 inch on the chimney breast. The guy who came to do it complety mesed up my wall with holes, too low then too high. I placed another add and North East TV Solutions came out and rectified the error for me, great lads and a cracking job. More than happy with the height. First guy was at our house 3 hours!!! Had the company of NorthEast TV Solutions yesterday afternoon, did a fantastic job of moving the plug socket, mounting the TV to the wall and fitted ambient lighting behind. Minimal mess, and very attentive to care and precision. Explained fully what they intended to do and even cleaned up after themselves! Can’t ask for any better!
