When I moved to the area for work I needed to use a van one weekend to move from my temporary address to my new place, I asked work colleagues and friends and every time I was recommended Norman E Webb, I popped into the office on Bumpers farm in the evening, quite shocked they were still open at 9pm to get some more information, after being friendly & informative I decided to book my van for the following weekend, unsure if I'd manage to get it all done in one day they advised me that I could bring it back anytime on Sunday and if I went over my time then I would only get charged a bit extra, I was happy with this arrangement and after a few days returned to pick up the van which I found to be clean and tidy and up to the job in hand. I managed to return the van (a Mercedes long wheel base one) back around 10am on the Sunday morning, which put me a hour over my 24 hours, the woman said not to worry about it, and I was happy with the service from start to end, I am happy to not only use this company again and again but also recommend them to friends & family, to me they went above & beyond the helpfulness you'd expect from a long serving local company.It was last year that the above hiring took place, I have decided to write this because I am about to use them again and when searching for their number I came across the horrible review left by 'Natallia Kunets', from her description I feel that she is describing another company, because I only received the total opposite of this, if you are unsure just ask local friends or family and ask like I did, 'Where is the best place to hire a van from?' if they are anything like my friends and family then 'Webbs' is the only name mentioned.Also Natallia Kunets, learn how to spell!
