What do you love most about your job?
I love that when my clients have finished working with me, they feel a genuine pride in themselves for the work that they've put in and for what they have achieved in a very short period of time. Getting unstuck after months, or even years, of feeling unhappy is a very powerful experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to work in a corporate environment that did nothing for me. I was a project and change manager working crazy hours to keep earning and funding a lifestyle that fueled stress and burnout. I woke up one day and realised that if I wanted things to change, the change had to start with me. So I retrained as a holistic therapist and coach and now use my experience and knowledge to help others break free from stress and overwhelm.
Why should our clients choose you?
I cannot help with unresolved past trauma (but I know a few good counsellors and psychotherapists who can...) but I can help people who are ready to make a fresh start. Whilst I believe that our past shape us, I do not think that our past defines us. Client should choose me if they want to break free from the past and reshape their future.

All my coaching is done online on Zoom. I'll set it all up so all you have to do is click the link that I send you. You are free to keep your camera off if you prefer.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The amazing thing about online coaching is that we can talk to each other as if we are in a room together but there's absolutely no risk of catching Covid.
