How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By helping them form an individual approach that is unique to them and their circumstances. Sacrifice and hard work are unavoidable, but working smart and efficiently ensures that clients reach their goals with the least resistance.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency, Knowledge and accountability. Taking small steps in the right direction and having the systems in place to keep you going at the times when your motivation wanes - which it will and does for everyone!
What do you love most about your job?
To be able to help clients gain the confidence and knowledge to not only achieve their goals, but to take their health and fitness into their own hands. Getting to share in the times when clients realise that what they once thought wasn't, is not only possible but within their reach, is beyond rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have full control over the standard I held myself to in every aspect of my work. I firmly believe that how you do anything, is how you do everything.

Because I will take the steps that most others wont. I will expend whatever resources I have at my disposal to ensure they reach their goals.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During these times I have ensured that all communal equipment is thoroughly cleaned between every client or avoided altogether where possible. In addition, adapting the location of settings to accommodate current guidelines or operating virtually where possible.
