John was fine to work with. He explained everything very well and professionally and was very accommodating. The time period to remove moss and generally clean our roofs was lengthened by very wet weather so the job lasted longer than expected. Additionally minor repairs were carried out as necessary after consultation.

John contacted me straight away. He was in the area, popped round, looked at the job, gave a price, said he would be back the next day to do it. he arrived when he said he would and completed the job.
