Noak Bridge Medical Centre

At the start of the coronavirus crisis I had to bring my 86 year old frail, ill mother who lives in Nottinghamshire to stay with me. Subsequently I registered her with Noak Bridge Medical Centre and since then she has had excellent care, consultation and help from Dr Sharma, receptionists and the associated NHS community team. Absolutely ridiculous I have had a water infection and Kidney pain for months- the doctor gave me a letter to take to the hospital only to be advised when there that the doctor should have sent the letter and that it is a 6 week wait. 4 weeks later I call to chase the appointment only to be told that there is no request for the scan under my name. So I call the doctors to then be told to call back Friday to check it has been done.

Dr sharma is absolutely excellent..not only a very good doctor but a very excellentperson .Thankyou for your service I have never had a problem getting an appointment using online. !!unsure what the other moaners are talking about More...
