No Drama Personal Fitness Training has been professional throughout their time working with me. They have provided the motivation and the ideas to help me achieve my goals over a period of several months. I benefitted greatly from the long-distance training approach whereby after a brief Skype chat we agreed a fitness plan tailored to my needs and aims. I've been training with Sarah at No Drama Personal Fitness Training since the beginning of the year. Sarah has been brilliant and has taken me from a level of fitness where I was struggling to run for 1 minute on the treadmill to feeling able to enter the 10km race for life in July. I've also lost a significant amount of weight (over 4 stone) along the way. Sarah did an initial consultation with me to establish my goals (weight loss and improving fitness/strength) and planned sessions for me to achieve these goals. I really like how her service has been flexible to fit in with my busy lifestyle and how she has tailored sessions specifically to me and my level of fitness. Sarah helped me and some friends get into shape for a wedding. Her workouts were really varied and fun! Her personal training was tailored to what our goals were and she gave us weekly homework which was great for motivation! She also let me borrow some dumbbells when I didn't have any. Plus when I was away on holiday she created some mini workouts for me to keep in shape! Would fully recommend Sarah - I massively noticed a difference!! More...

Sarah first helped me when a group of friends at work decided we were all sitting at our desks too long and not doing enough exercise afterwork. She set up a weekly 1 hour bootcamp session after work to suit all abilities. The results were fantastic and the sessions were hard but filled with laughter and fun. All abilities were catered for in the one session meaning you could push as hard as you were able to. I have seen the best results when I started joint weekly PT sessions with Sarah. Not only do you get a very good work out with her but you get a weeks plan of exercise as "homework" which keeps me motivated each week to push harder. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get in better shape or just get fitter and more confident! More...

I hired Sarah to get in shape for my wedding day. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the dress I ended up with was a size smaller than my usual size. Last weekend I got married and the dress fit me perfectly. I felt so confident with the way I looked and that had so much to do with Sarah.

She has been so supportive and encouraging. Her workouts have always been fun but have really pushed me to do things I never thought I could. She has really changed my whole lifestyle and even though the wedding is done, I can't wait to keep working out with her; watching my body change and my health improve.

I would recommend Sarah to anyone who wants to feel great about themselves and start working out in a friendly, supportive environment.
