Currently I am offering telephone and video counselling sessions with a free 20 minute initial introductory call. This give us the opportunity to meet and talk about what is going on for you and how I might be able to help.
I help clients with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, fears and phobias, unwanted behaviours, thoughts and habits, insomnia, confidence issues, stress, relationship issues and smoking cessation.

What do you love most about your job?
Connecting with and understanding others fulfils me. I love being in the position to facilitate a client's desired change with them. Sharing and witnessing that journey of healing is the greatest privilege.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Making a difference. My belief in the importance of being there for others in their time of need inspired me to retrain. I left my Radiography career to start my own business offering Hypnotherapy and Counselling. I know the need is out there and I want to meet it. Nobody should feel alone.
Why should our clients choose you?
My ability to make connections with people easily and my understanding of their needs makes for a good therapeutic relationship. This alongside my skill set makes for successful therapy. I am ethical in how I work and always have my clients best interests at the heart of all I do.
