What do you love most about your job?
I've been involved in Electric Vehicle Charge Points since 2011 when there were a number of new start up companies looking to grow the industry. There was great deal of goodwill between companies to deliver charge points, however it didn't really take off.
Now 10 years later there are solutions developing around Electric Vehicles and renewable energy. I feel it's an exciting time and things are starting to gather pace as we move towards a zero carbon future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for a number of large companies which have allowed me to gain experience working on large projects. However I've been frustrated by the lack of expression that is allowed in modern best practice, process driven, bureaucratic business unit management and having little power to change processes for the better.........Sorry I'll stop moaning!
I also and most importantly wanted to grow something that is mine using my business and engineering experience. For me the motivation comes from learning and working to reach my potential.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Hand washing, masks, limiting contact, antibacterial wipes, changing ppe regularly, immunisation.
Electrical Testing
EICR's for Domestic, Industrial and Commercial installations.
Testing of Electrical Installations to ensure safety and providing pragmatic advice to customers to allow them to make informed decisions.
As a landlord myself I understand the needs of property owners, who can be given a wide range of prices for the same product (an EICR). Our prices are based on the testing and not "finding" remedial works, doing the bare minimum of testing / inspecting, increasing the frequency of inspections to yearly without justification.
Electrical Project Management
If you require assistance with electrical works we can help to specify works, build up a scope of works, assist in selecting a competent contractor, monitor progress, assist where changes are required. ensure compliance to the building regulations & BS 7671.
Act as an "informed friend" to ensure you get what you pay for and it is delivered to a good standard, safely in a timely manner.
