My laptop would not boot up. Nick came round to my house to try to resolve the issue. He realised there was a problem with the hard drive so he took it away to work on with a promise I would get a call within 48 hours. The very next day, i got a call to say he would need to replace the hard drive. The price was good and 2 days latter i got the laptop back with a new SSD hard drive that now runs faster, laptop boots up immediately and have had no problems since. I also got some free advice about a problem with outlook and recommendations on how to boost wifi around the house.I am very pleased to have used him and will use him again. More...
