I've had problems with bugs being anywhere near me... Too many situations to count! I've always had this issue and never thought I'd ever feel any better. I couldn't walk past bushes, walk under trees, walk through grass anywhere where a bug or creepy crawley could find me! It was affecting every aspect of my life. I had to do something, so I thought I'd contact a hypnotherapist. I couldn't have found a better one. Nina has quite simply changed my life. I've been in forests, I don't check ceilings, I don't run away every time something fly's near me. I feel so much more confident to go outside! For a very long time I have not really been living just existing, going through the motions of every day life but not feeling like I’m achieving anything. I have always been a worrier and suffered with anxiety and depression for many years.I have been on Antidepressants for many years and had always thought I would be on them for the rest of my life.I have tried counciling but did not feel any different.I then got to a point in my life where I felt like I had hit a brick wall, I could not go over it or round it.I wanted to shut the world out.I then found Nina’s hypnotherapy, 8 weeks ago I had a session with Nina and have not looked back.My whole outlook on life has changed, all the worries that I had stored in my brain for many years had all been flushed out, I now have a spring in my step and my partner has said he has seen a big change in me , (his words) I’m seeing the happy go lucky clare i fell in love with?.I’m now eating healthier and have taken up a new hobby, modern jive which I love.I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and not tired, my family and friends have all noticed a positive change in me.I’m now on a very low dose of antidepressants and eventually I’m planning on coming of them completely.Our lives are ment for living , I’m now living mine and cannot thank Nina enough. I found Nina very easy to talk to & she immediately put me at ease. I went see her to help me control my panic attacks & fear of driving. Nina immediately picked up on the fact I had lost confidence due to a bad marriage causing many problems including the panic attacks. It was an intense session but Nina made feeling secure throughout the process & the beneficial effects have been amazing.
