My name is Niall Shand and I am the owner of Nightmare Before Fitness.

My fitness journey began 13 years ago, I was unhappy with how my body looked and I never felt comfortable so I decided to commit myself to learning more in depth about the body and how to overcome the hurdles that left me feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, once I achieved this it lead me into my career as a PT and online Coach.

I am always in contact with them. Checking in and even just asking how their day went. Helping them create a better mindset and building healthy habits.

Consistently 100%. Take each day as it comes and before you know it with Consistently and adherence you will get to where you want to be.

Being able to help people. Most importantly showing people how much food the can actually consume to loose weight rather than starving themselves.

Through my own fitness journey. I love seeing what small changes can make a drastic change in someone's physique. I love helping people and proving knowledge at the same time.

I am always in contact with my clients. I offer 24/7 support and communication to answer and questions, queries and struggles that they might have.

I provide 1-1 pt services and I also offer online coaching. Online coaching is a great resource as it has helped me work with clients in America.

Before a pt session I will ask clients if they would like me to wear a mask and if there is anything I can do to make them feel at ease. As I an aware there are still a lot of people that still feel uneasy about being in a gym post covid 19.

My name is Niall and I run Nightmare Before Fitness. I am a qualified level 3 Personal trainer and a qualified advanced sports and exercise nutritional advisor.
In my experience I have helped many clients reach their goals.. tough mudder, training to pass the Fitness test for the police. All the way to general weight loss and lean muscle gain.
By focusing on building a clients habits and structure around their busy lives to make the journey to reach their goal as easy as possible.

I offer 1-1 PT sessions and online coaching.
