We used Beautiful World Tents for our wedding in July 2016. The team were fantastic to deal with - professional through and through, excellent communication from our first meeting to take-down, and always on top of things! Organising a wedding can be very stressful but with these guys it was easy. We even found our caterer through them! The tipis were stunning and really set the scene for the day. Absolute perfection!

We booked a 3 hat tipi along with a Kungsornen from Beautiful World Tents for our son's wedding in August, which was held at The Knepp Castle Estate, in Horsham, where BWT are based a. We dealt with Danielle predominantly and occasionally Louise who were both extremely helpful. Over the course of ten months we chopped and changed this and that and at no time was there any complaint or rudeness as I have read in a previous review, nothing but politeness and efficiency.

The tipi's were and are very impressive and our guests were amazed at them, Knepp allowed us to put the tent up on Thursday and it was finished off on the Friday. We were able to decorate the Tipi from 2pm and with a crew of around 10 of us we were finished by 6pm. The tent looked amazing and a fantastic was had by all. We booked a fire pit and we needed it as it was quite cool in the evening. We lit it ourselves and it worked very well. We also had a small hat tent outside the tipi which was used for seating as a shade from the sun, a smokers corner and also for our poppadoms and dips station prior to our meal..

If I have one complaint.... it was that BWT's wanted to come on the Sunday morning after the wedding at 9am, to start taking the Tipi down. We didn't leave the site until midnight and by the time we got back to Brighton is was 1.00am, so to get there at that time was unrealistic. BWT's extended this to 10.30am, but it still wasn't really long enough for us to get a crew there to take down the decs and clear the site, so we had to incur a penalty charge from the Estate of £100..

Would I use them again, you bet I would and I would urge you to also. More...

We really did have the most wonderful day. Thank you so much to the BWT team for making it so special for us. Everyone we worked with at Beautiful World Tents was amazing and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. The team that put up the tipis also did an incredible job in 31 degree heat, and once up they exceeded our expectations. We loved the tipis in the garden setting and they really contributed to make the day as memorable as it was. We would 100% recommend BWT to anyone wanting something special for their wedding day! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! We booked with beautiful world tents a year in advance, and the office staff are extremely efficient, professional and will always go the extra mile to provide a first class service.

From our first meeting at one of the fantastic open days, we had decided the tents were for us. Natalie guided us through all of our options and we ended up with a breath taking set up. From their Louise was our main point of contact in the office, and she was exceptionally helpful, anthough we amended our booking on a number of occasions, this never seemed too much trouble. The set up and pack down was smooth, well planned and the office staff provided exactly what our venue (west dean gardens) required.

Thank you beautiful world tents. Your great company and fantastic team made our entire wedding so memorable and we will be recommending your services to anyone that is getting married!! More...
