Absolutely 5 star's! I was let down very last minute by another company and was rescued by Nicky. At very short notice and with amazing customer service Nicky created some beautiful balloons for my son's first birthday! I can not recommend enough.

I would 100% recommend Dragonfly Dreams! Nicky was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. First of all she helped me to change the date of my son’s sleepover as a result of covid cases at his school. When the rescheduled date arrived she was in contact a few days beforehand to firm up details and then she arrived at our house exactly when she said she would. She set up brilliantly and added lovely little extras e.g. popcorn and chocolate that I wasn’t expecting. She collected promptly and efficiently and was mindful of covid procedures throughout. But most importantly she helped to create a fabulous sleepover retreat for my son and his friends. Fantastic! We booked the 'Festival Vibes' teepee set up for our 11 year old daughter's birthday sleepover and the girls loved it! Nicky arrived promptly and set it up beautifully - all the extra little touches, like the cushions, bunting trays with names and sweets made it look so inviting and absolutely stunning! 101% recommend Nicky!! Wow wow wow she supplied us with a set up for Christmas all the extra bits and surprises for my 2 children! She exceeded my expectations and more some! Don’t bother looking anywhere else Nicky will make your dreams come true!!! Thank you so much would recommend always! I ordered when I saw a last minute deal pop up on Facebook due to someone needing to rearrange their sleepover. I was not disappointed, Nicky turned up at the exact time we arranged and it was a very swift set up! It was a surprise for my son who was having a friend sleepover, they absolutely loved it! Some midnight munchies were thrown in too, some chocs and sweeties which is always a winner! I will not hesitate booking an indoor sleepover in the future! Highly recommend 10/10! I was planning my friends baby shower and was let down just a couple of weeks before by another company. I contacted Nicky and she was able to fit me in and could do exactly what I wanted and at a very reasonable price. She took the time to discuss colour options with me and gave me great advice. On the day, she travelled to my venue and put the balloons together. She also went out of her way and helped me set up the room! The balloons were superb quality, they weren’t thin and the colours were exactly what I requested. Thank you so much Nicky, your displays are amazing and I look forward to having more in the future. Nicky supplied a balloon arch for out pallet bar for my daughters 18th birthday party. She was very helpful in helping us choose colours and how we could set it up. We also had two helium balloons (18) which were also excellent. The balloon arch has stayed up for well over a week now and still looks as fresh as day one! A friend of mine used this company for his daughters sleepover that my kids were invited to and they absolutely loved it, lots of items included, cookies to decorate, popcorn, eye masks, nail polish, face masks, comfy mattresses, it was an all round great product and my daughter wants the same for her birthday, which I will most definitely be getting.
