My name's Nick. I’m a mobile Personal Trainer in Bracknell. I help people lose weight, get fit and feel great!
I travel to you at home, work or your local park, to provide my personal training services. 
I am based in Camberley, but can also cover areas such as Reading, Woking, Farnborough, and Guilford.

Great all around guy, has that personality and motivation that will keep you feeling positive throughout the session. It's quite clear he's very knowledgeable in diet/training and is constantly giving feedback and little tips and tricks to give you the most out of your money. Highly recommend.

I bought a package of personal training sessions with Nick and it’s the best thing I’ve done in years! I wanted to lose 2 stone (12. 7kg) and to also gain lean muscle so I could feel confident again. Nick set up a training and diet regime for me and the results came flying in. I lost exactly 12.7kg in a matter of weeks, Nick then changed my diet and workout plans and I have been gaining lean muscle since. I could never attain those results on my own. I’ve really surprised myself at how far I’ve come and how much stronger and fitter I am in such a short space of time. I’ve been terrible at sticking to my diet and I’ve still lost the weight and even better I feel so much firmer, more alert and healthier. Nick has supported me in and out of the gym throughout this process and he has provided me with more than a service. I was planning on only doing a couple of months training before a holiday but I’m definitely going to keep going when I get back. I am usually a total cynic with this stuff but honestly, if you want to get fit, get in shape or just get stronger and healthier I couldn’t recommend Nick more. More...

Q&As

Structured programming and diet with regular progression is the key to continual adaptations. Knowledge is the key to efficiency. Enjoyment is the key to adherence.
As an experienced gym user I understand the obstacles involved with pursuing a training routine. As your personal trainer, I provide the knowledge and the motivation to drive you to achieve your goals, one small goal at a time. We will work together to adopt a lifestyle that you can maintain, that will get you results fast.

My favourite part of being a PT is when I take on a client and it becomes like a new project for me. We work together as a team to develop a program and diet that is customised to suit that person as best as it can. Then over time you see their body change and we continue to make small specific changes to the routine to keep the body adapting and keep progressing.
As each persons body is different and will react differently to certain things, it's important to have a good understanding of how the body works. It's a very creative process and I very much enjoy playing with the science behind it.

Exercise has always been a passion for me. Improving my body physically and aesthetically is a constant goal that I enjoy pursuing. I think a lot of people overlook the many benefits of a healthy diet and good training regime; from improving sleep quality and feeling more alert in the day, to improved confidence, strength, and well being. I have found that training has had a very positive impact on my life, and I enjoy every aspect of helping others achieve a healthy body, and a healthy mind.
