Thought it was about time i put something down in writing about this guy, we met through Reasons Gym and i got to know him via circuit training, a very helpful nice mannered trainer. He knows more about the make up of your body and how it works than just about anyone i know,his attention to detail when teaching me kettlebells is amazing, his classes have been hard but at the same time fun and enjoyable. In that time Nick has demonstrated a deep understanding and knowledge through a variety of exercises plus highly detailed and well structured sessions. As a result of this I have achieved an 82.5kg bench press personal best which has been a big milestone in my training.
