Working with Nick helped me to lose 2 1/2 stone, and he has continue to work with me so that the weight stays off . He is always at the end of a phone to help

Worked with Nick for a while. Initially it was just to maintain fitness and then I signed up for a marathon. Nick was fantastic, her personalised my program to fit around my busy work schedule. From food to strength program he did it all. The running program he set me was fabulous, he really know his stuff. He helped me to work out what was right for my body in terms of fuelling my body for a long run and understanding what is right for me. Whilst he set a program/plan to get to my goal of running a marathon he explained the reasons to why we were this distance/completing these particular exercises to compliment my training. He's skills are very high and got me across the line in a time I never imagined I'd run! He did such a great job I then sighed up for another marathon and enlisted his help once more. Once again he delivered and took me on my marathon journey before I completed my second marathon in October 2022. I can't recommend Nick high enough, regardless of your ability/goal he will personalise your program to suit you and will be flexible.
