After having numerous problems with our electric gates, we eventually discovered Nexus Tech Solutions. Thank god we did! Within a week our gates were fully functioning for the first time ! Richard also installed a fab HikVision camera intercom system. Great customer service, easy to get hold of and you can speak to a real human being (called Katie)... and its nice to be able to support a local business. After having problems with constantly dropping WI-FI for years, I was recommended Richard. He very quickly came and listened to the problems we were having. He came up with solutions that would work for us at a very reasonable price. Within a couple of days he had installed WI-FI dots within the house and my daughter finally has WI-FI that reaches her bedroom. The static devices have been hardwired in so I now have a very happy boy who can us his PC without it losing connection, and a happy mum as he has no excuse not to do school work. Richard spent a lot of time talking to our internet provider and was able to fix all the issues, without me worrying about tech speech. Very discreet and tidy work and a supportive after service. Highly recommended for anyone having connection problems. Thank you Richard, very much appreciated. More...
