Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Whist working through the pandemic, I would close working areas off to mitigate the chances of contamination and virus spread, also wearing face masks when needed.
Dust free sanding
Next-Gen Finishes has invested in the latest hi tech dustfree sanding technology, allowing us to paint and decorate your home without generating great quantities of mess. Unlike regular sanding methods, this system is healthier for you and us, it’s cleaner, faster and gives your home a better finish.
Regular methods of sanding will leave dust flying into the air. This can stick to your clothes, floors and furniture, proving difficult to clean up. Traditional sanding methods aren’t particularly healthy, especially for those with asthma or allergies, it’s not a practical application in your home.
Next-Gen Finishes uses a dust free sanding process as standard. It controls dust by capturing 99% of the dust particles that would otherwise be released into the air by regular sanding methods and containing them in a way that makes them easy to dispose of. Using dustfree sanding systems, Next-Gen Finishes can work in your property all day, without creating mess and ruining your air quality.
Dustfree sanding isn’t only healthier – it’s also a better method for surface preparation. It cuts down on issues that might be caused by dust not being properly removed from surfaces in the first place. This method of preparing and sanding surfaces is rapidly becoming the preferred process for home owners.
Airless spray painting
Airless spraying is the fastest and most versatile way to achieve professional painting results and spray the widest variety of materials, unthinned. In fact, using an airless sprayer is up to 10 times faster than using a brush, and at least four times as fast as a roller!
Airless spraying achieves this speed by atomizing, or breaking up fluid into small droplets, without the use of compressed air. Fluid is pumped under high pressure through a spray tip, it emerges from the tip as a high-speed solid stream – when that stream hits the air, it becomes disrupted – and the fluid separates into very small droplets that form the spray pattern.
If you’ve ever placed your finger over the end of a running garden hose, you created a very simple form of airless spray!
