An excellent and very competent, highly qualified electrician. Whist communication at the start needed to improve, this has now rectified. Charles is a perfectionists and will not cut corners on safety to safeguard his customers to a very high standard. Charles has pointed out other things that need doing to bring the home up to current standards. whilst he is not selling you more things, he is pointing out that as a home owner things you don't think about. I have asked for a new consumer unit with additional outside socket quotation with a view for this work to be carried out. After posting a job on my builder I was contacted directly by Charles, we had a good chat about my needs and what we would like to do with the house in the future, we ended up going with a 20 way fusebox, Charles was prompt and polite, got to work quickly and advised us in advance of when the power needed to be switched off. During the job he popped in every so often to let us know how it was going, he completed the Consumer unit replacement and then started testing, did a very thorough job. We then spoke about some other works that will need to be done in the future, as based on what I have seen today and the very low cost in comparison with the quality job he did, we will be welcoming him back for our garage conversion wiring. Fast response to initial request for installing 12 lights. Quote was produced in good time with no hidden extras. Work was scheduled promptly and electrician turned up when he was planned to. The work was performed to a very good standard and we were consulted regularly during the install to make sure the lights were at the right height. Our property and contents were respected with care attention and no damage was caused. Professional, Trustworthy and courteous.

I originally reached out to Charles when another electrician was trying to con me into a house rewire. .. Seeking a second opinion, Charles came and reviewed what I thought was the original problem. Not only did Chalres save me from being done over, he also saved me a fortune with the true diagnosis of my electrical issues.

Charles was very courteous, honest and open. He took the time to understand what I needed, weighed up what I was originally told, and then began to explain the truth of my situation, saving me hundreds if not thousands of pounds.

Once knowing that I did need a fuse board replacement, Charles talked me through my options and helped advise on what would be the best route to take. Satisfied that I was finally dealing with an honest tradesman, I was finally booked in.

Charles managed to replace an entire fuse board, replace all my light and plug sockets in the house, fitted and rewired 3 new spotlights into a brand new bathroom ceiling as well as fitting an extractor fan, all in one day.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge, i would highly recommend Charles to undertake any electrical work. I have a heap of electrical work planned for the house, and i plan to reach out to Charles to continue working together in the future.
